Sign in with your Maltese eID card
Scan the code with CodeB Wallet, then hold your eID card to the back of the phone and enter the card PIN when the app asks.
The app signs a one-time challenge with the card. This site then checks the signature, that the card certificate comes from the Maltese eID authorities, and that it is not revoked.

Your name from the card’s authentication certificate; to recognise the card again this site keeps only a keyed fingerprint of the card holder number. The first sign-in with a card opens a guest account for that card; you can link the card to your own account instead: sign in, then open this page with link=1. No card PIN or key ever reaches this site.
