Sign documents with CodeB Wallet

Upload one or more PDFs and release them for signing. Scan the QR code with the QR scanner in CodeB Wallet, check the documents in the wallet and sign them with your signature card or the CodeB signing service. The signed PDFs then appear here for download.

You need CodeB Wallet to sign. The signature is made in the CodeB Wallet app on an Android phone, not in this browser. Get the app and read how it works at myeuid.app · Google Play. People you invite need the app too. For a qualified signature you also need a signature card with a qualified certificate (read over NFC). CodeB Wallet is in a closed test phase: to become a tester, write to info@aloaha.com.

Signed in as ?. Your own turn stays open for 24 hours, an invited person’s turn for 72 hours. Requests and documents are kept for 30 days after they are closed, or until you delete them.

1 to 10 PDFs, each up to 40 MB, together up to 50 MB. Password-protected PDFs cannot be signed.

Advanced – any signature in the wallet: your signature card or the CodeB signing service. Qualified – only a signature card whose certificate states a qualified signature (for example a Maltese eID card).

Everyone signs the same PDF, one after another, in this order; change it with the arrows. Each invited person gets an e-mail with a link when it is their turn: the first one at once (or after you, if you sign first), the others after the person before them has signed. At the end everyone gets a link to the signed PDF.

Your signing requests

Designed to follow the EU Architecture and Reference Framework (ARF) 3.0, topic 16 (signing documents with a wallet): PAdES signatures, a signed request from the website, and your consent in the wallet. ARF 3.0 does not yet define the trust set-up for signing requests, so CodeB Wallet recognises this website through a CodeB certificate until CodeB holds an access certificate from a national registrar. Not certified.

“Qualified” is shown when the signer’s certificate states a qualified signature. This page does not check the certificate against the EU trusted lists; open the signed PDF in a PDF reader for a full validation.
