Load any of the credentials this tenant can issue into your European Digital Identity Wallet — membership card, verified email, verified address, plus the four EUDI credential types (Identity Card, Driving Licence, Vehicle Registration, Health Insurance Card). Single-use offer, tenant-signed, scan-with-wallet QR. The rendered card visual adapts to the holder’s nationality (e.g. Bundesrepublik Deutschland for DE, Repubblika ta’ Malta for MT). See status per credential for what is ratified today and what is still in Large Scale Pilot draft.

This page issues a credential tied to your own account. Please sign in first so we know which membership number, name and validity to write onto the card.
Add a sign-in card to CodeB Wallet or the web wallet, then sign in with it on Sign in with my CodeB sign-in card — no password needed. The card holds only a random sign-in id for this account and is bound to your wallet’s key. It proves you hold the card, not who you are (it is not an identity check). Lost your phone? Revoke its card here; other cards from this site in that wallet (for example the membership card) can also sign you in, so ask the site administrator to revoke those too. A new card cancels a card you added but have not collected yet.

Once your wallet has accepted the credential, revisiting this page will let you mint a fresh offer if needed. Each offer is single-use, expires when the timer above runs out, and can be revoked at any time by your tenant administrator.
What is a wallet credential?
Your membership card is a Verifiable Credential in the European Digital Identity Wallet framework. It is signed by your tenant, stored inside your own wallet on your own device, and presented selectively when needed — for example to prove you are a member (yes / no) without revealing your membership number, or to prove your name and validity without revealing your date of birth. See the Membership card cookbook for the tenant-side integration recipe, and the EU Wallet integrations page for the wider platform.
